Relixir Support Details
This document defines what to do when you're stuck or need help.
In the bottom right corner we have a support chat, this provides:
- AI chatbot trained on our internal knowledge base that knows the answers to common questions
- Direct line to send questions which get sent to Relixir team's high priority support inbox
- When someone on the Relixir team is available, it will show a Live chat option which allows you to directly ask questions that the Relixir team receives and should answer within 5 minutes if not busy
If the support chat isn't working or doesn't fulfill your needs. You can email Dennis (CTO) directly to his email dennis@relixir.ai and he will be happy to respond to your questions or to our dedicated support email support@relixir.ai.
